I wanted to make something quick and easy to give out to my students for Christmas, I found this recipe for caramel popcorn on Pinterest and decided to make it, I wanted my caramel chewier so I cooked it for about 20 minutes instead of the 2 minutes the recipe called for. I ended up spending about $5-$6 bucks for 35 students, that includes the bags (gotta love the dollar store!)

Yeah, I don't ever recall any of my teachers giving out gifts to the class. I sure have never done it myself. Buttering 'em up before they do their class/teacher evaluations, eh?
